Returning purchases made on OXX.com

If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase, OXX will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. The unit must be unused and in original packaging. Returns will be refunded less a 15% (minimum $10) restocking fee.

If you’re having an operational or other technical issue, be sure to contact us first by filling out our support form, so we can help troubleshoot, diagnose and fix the problem with you by phone. Once you’ve submitted the form to OXX customer service and they’ve determined an exchange is necessary, they’ll walk you through the process and replace your unit at no cost to you.

If you’d like to return one of our products for any other reason, please follow the return policy of the retailer where you made the original purchase.
