SHIPPING QUESTIONS

I just placed my order! When can I expect my order to arrive?

Thank you for joining the OXX Herd! We look forward to getting your items headed out your way. We are based in West Michigan and ship with UPS Ground primarily with the lower 48 States. Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order and for shipping time according to our shipping map below.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

Because of the size and large dimensions of our products, UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please input your best direct shipping address so we can make sure that you receive your product!

Can I get items shipped overseas?

Currently, we only ship in the United States. However, we hope as we continue to develop ties overseas that we will be able to support international growth sooner than later.

How much does it cost to ship to Canada?

When you are checking out simply input your Canadian address and it will automatically apply a $50.00 shipping and handling fee to the cost of your cart with a purchase of a COFFEEBOXX or Bundle.

Any purchase of only an accessory will be charged a shipping a handling fee of $15.00 during checking out.

What if I need my order shipped to an APO, is that possible and how does that work?

Yes! Due to the rugged and durable nature of our products we service many military personal and ship to APOs using USPS. Please enter your APO address in the shipping information for your order, and it will be processed accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact email us at info@oxx.com. (USPS differs in shipping than UPS for shipping times and days)

How much does it cost to ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

When you are checking out simply input your address it will automatically apply a $50.00 shipping and handling fee to the cost of your cart with a purchase of a COFFEEBOXX or Bundle.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?

There is a 24-hour grace period after you make a purchases that we can change the address, as long as the shipment is still in transit. Any time after the 24-hour period may incur a charge to change the address while the package is in transit.

We understand that sometimes life happens, but we are not able to accept and refund used or opened products. We ask that you do allow us to help you figure out a way to resolve any issues that you might have with your items. Please fill out our support form, our customer service team is ready to help!

How to Return a Purchase from oxx.com

If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase from, OXX will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. The unit must be unused and in original packaging. Returns will be refunded less a 15% (minimum $10) restocking fee.

How to return a purchase from OXX.com from Canada/Alaska/Hawaii

If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase from, OXX will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. The unit must be unused and in original packaging. Returns will be refunded less a 25% (minimum $50.00) restocking fee.

If the above applies to you and you’d still like to return your unit, please fill out the return form.

How to Return an OXX Product Purchased at One of Our Retail Partners

If you’re having an operational or technical issue, be sure to contact us first by filling out our support form, so we can help troubleshoot, diagnose and fix the problem with you by phone. Once you’ve submitted the form to OXX customer service and they’ve determined an exchange is necessary, they’ll walk you through the process and replace your unit at no cost to you.

If you’d like to return one of our products for any other reason, please follow the return policy of the retailer where you made the original purchase.

What if I purchased via Amazon.com or eBay?

We understand that you can find some great deals online. However, OXX only teams up and works with the best and ethical retail partners. Our retail partners work hard so that customers can get the best support and certified OXX products. We do not have any authorized dealers who sell on Amazon, eBay, or other online auction based retailers, nor can we support or accept returns that have been purchased on Amazon, eBay, or other online auction based retailers.

Can I change my order after I receive it?

We get that these things happen! Please follow our Return Policy Guidelines and make sure that the items are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Fill out the Return Form and notify that you want to make a change in your order. (There may incur a shipping charge to return your order). Please then go ahead and make a new order with your correct items online. We will process your return refund from your previous order. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 days to process your refund after we have received the returned items to our location.
